ADVANCED CONCEPTS

Advanced concepts is a remodeling company owned and operated by Greg James. His services are available to anyone, however Greg offers his services to Olivia Morgan dealers at reduced rates. Greg's business card is available at the front desk. Feel free to give it to friends and family who may be in need of a reliable craftsman to put in a new kitchen, bathroom, screen porch or room addition. You may decide that you don't need to put in a complete new kitchen, when you can hire Greg to refinish or paint your cabinets and put in new countertops and appliances.

Advanced concepts is separate from Olivia Morgan and as such, any service or work performed by Advanced Concepts is not warranted by Olivia Morgan. Having said that, I will say on a personal note that Greg does terrific work and references are available upon request.

• REPAIR, REFINISHING AND PAINTING
  Advanced concepts offers repair, refinishing and painting services at a discount to Olivia Morgan dealers. Antique wood furniture refinishing and custom furniture painting is a specialty. A Work Order Form is required prior to performing any work and available at the front desk.
• BOOTH SPACE MODIFICATION OR BUILDOUTY
  Advanced concepts offers remodeling services whether it be at your home or at Olivia Morgan. A Work Order Form is available at the front desk. One must be completed before work will be performed.
• PICKUP AND DELIVERY
  
• Advanced Concepts will, for a fee, pickup you r merchandise whether it be from your garage, an auction, estate sale and/or storage and bring it to Olivia Morgan.
• There is a pickup and delivery form available at the front desk.
• This service is also offered to our customers.
• Olivia Morgan is not responsible for any merchandise when using this service.
